OUR TERMS&CONDITIONS

We all have to agree to bookmakers T&C when we register a new bookie, they are protected like polar bears, but who is protecting us? Ok you can go crying to SBR and you can go posting your hate list on all the forums. But that won't speed up your withdraw, won't bring your voided bet back and won't guarantee you'll get your money on your MB, NT account. So who is protecting us??? We are their only business, without us they can turn the key and stick it where the sun don't shine! I know most of the people don't take their betting seriously, they are hapy with their weekend combo for 10€. Those are most respectful customers. But what if your average bets are four figures? Then there is no place for mistakes. What I suggest is make a list of our own T&C we would like bookmakers to accept before we join, make deposit and in the end starting to place bets with them. We all know no bookmaker will accept your T&C, but if we could put together some kind of petition or something similar, those terms would'nt be: give us 200% match bonus, or give us odds 99,5 of the book....no just a fair play. I know I'm a dreamer but I'll start with my own:

1. NO VOID BETS
unless the price is more than 10% of the market at the time the bet was placed, or if there is obvious palp like reversed odds, participants...They cary the risk of odds they are displaying.

2.Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours

3.customer service should respond on e-mails within 3 hours, if there is no chat availible.

4.The house limits are the same for evryone, they vary from type of bet as shown in bookmakers T&C(minimum-maximum bet). No selection of sharp and recreational players, if the book can't afford high limits they should lower their house limits in their T&C.

This would be my T&C I would like bookmakers to accept, there are some bookmakers wich are operating
this way, by the default, the others should lookup.

If you are atempting to open EUROBET account use CAUTION!!! There were reports they are closing new players accounts, customer service are not responding, ignoring players and most important NOT PAYING! I didn't have eurobet account untill few days ago, I was a bit sceptic about all this, since they are highly rated and very respectful betting company. So I went there with my 25 testing €uros, placed a bet on a horse, which won and try to withdraw my winnings. I asked them if I should provide them with some documents, they respond: your withdraw is being proccessed if we will require the documents, we'll let you know. Next day my account was closed and there was an e-mail wating for me: I have to provide all the scans and copies...No problem, I did provide them, but from them....no answer I tried to contact them a few times, but no response. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL for A rated company. I don't say they treat all the same, but just a WARNING to any player who decide to deposit larger sum. There are obviously some issues they should resolve, and put some more effort to respective customers, because only then you can run a serious business and atract more players. I know I will recive my humble winnings, it is just a matter of time, but if you are arbing you can't afford to wait weeks for your founds to reach you. So once again use caution unless you can afford to wait for customer service to take a look at your documents and in the end wait them to decide if they wish to reactivate your account or just leave it clossed-suspended as they say. One more book with "GOLDEN RULES":)

This thing is bothering me a long time now and I'm here to share it with you.
Did you ever wonder why bookmakers request for your ID scan ONLY IF YOU WIN AND WANT TO WITHDRAW? Shouldn't it be the other way around??? If  they realy care about your age and all, wouldn't they have to chek your ID scan, copy of bills and other funny stuf they request, before you even deposit and put yourself and your moms and dads salary into "danger", hypothetically speaking if you or I was under age? NO!!! Instead you have dozens of deposit options and most of them are procesed instantly no questions asked!....em there must be something wrong with my interpretation of those "golden rules", because the way I see it you only have to be old enough if you are a winner, loosers of any age are welcome. I still belive if you as a bookmaker have such "golden rules" it's your responsibility to chek all those informations before and if someone can afort to deposit and lose their money on your skinny odds exchange's are included with "golden rules". 
I will sleep better now that i know the bookmakers realy care about me and my credit card, if god forbid my under age kid find it in my wallet and decide to have "funky zeit" with it :)
